How do I send my products to you?We Send You a Prepaid Shipping Label You’ll receive a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 label via email after you place your order. It’s already included in your package price, so there’s nothing extra to pay for shipping. Your package price includes return shipping for parcels up to: Max 20kg Max dimensions: 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D) If your parcel exceeds these limits, any additional shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. This policy applies to both sending and returning items.

How long will it take to get my photos back?From the point of receiving your items, we work quickly to get your photos as well as your items back to you. Our average turnaround time is 1-3 days, but we always aim to get them to you as fast as possible without compromising on quality. If you need them sooner, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline!

How do you handle and store my items while they're with you?We understand that your products are valuable and often irreplaceable. That’s why we handle every item with the utmost care from the moment they arrive. Our team uses clean, secure, and climate-controlled storage spaces to keep your products safe and in perfect condition throughout the entire photography process. We also document all items upon arrival to ensure nothing is misplaced. Once the shoot is complete, we carefully package and return your items promptly. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Do I get to approve my photos before they are finalised?Currently, we don’t offer photo approval before the final delivery. However, our skilled photography and editing team works hard to create consistent, high-quality images that match the style of your chosen package. If you have any specific preferences or ideas, just let us know beforehand, we’re happy to tailor the shoot to make sure you love the results!

What payment methods do you accept?We accept a variety of convenient payment methods to make the process easy for you, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is required before we begin processing your order. If you have any questions about payment options, just let us know!

When can I expect to get my photos back?We usually deliver your photos within 1–3 working days after your items arrive at our studio. Some packages even include same-day turnaround if you're in a hurry. If you’ve got a deadline coming up, just let us know and we’ll do our best to work around it and get your images to you as quickly as possible.
